Overview
The tasks of the project are summarized in providing a detailed Master Plan for an area of around 300,000m2 in Yanbu/YRC findings and recommendations shall be following Yanbu Royal Commission development guidelines.
Scope
- Data collection and site assessment.
- Geotechnical investigation study.
- Site Survey; Concept design of Master plan, Design review, Approval of master plan, Detailed master plan.
- Conceptual scope for infrastructure services sewer, water, storm, roads and community support.
- Perspective view video of master plan (3D Modeling and Animation).
- Traffic assessment for the area and surrounding roads.
- Environmental baseline study.
- Communication/fiber optics development and impact on existing network.
- Electrical power supply system requirements.
- Workshops (expected 5 workshops).
- Obtain of Yanbu Royal Commission approvals.
