Overview
The project is under district #1 Dhahran home ownership development program, the scope includes secondary infrastructure & housing design for 955 villas.
Scope
Preparation of detailed design for whole project till Issuance for Construction (IFC) design package which includes the following:
- Housing design including Architectural, Structural & MEP Design for 34 prototype villas.
- Secondary infrastructure design including (roads, storm water drainage, sewerage, potable water, medium voltage, low voltage, Telecommunications and etc…).
- Governmental permits approval.
