Project area covers an area of approximately (700) hectares bounded by east of TS-1, South of Al Masjid Road in Precinct 1 (Sector 1A & 1B) of the Northern Corridor Buffer Zone (NCBZ) and north of Road 122 and including Intercontinental Hotel.
Scope
Detailed engineering design and prepare scope statements, drawings, specifications, material quantities, cost estimation and all other documents as necessary to complete the Request For Proposal (RFP) bid documents.
