The contract is a complete task package that includes Government buildings; fire stations, masjids, educational facilities, residential, storage & warehouses, offices, camps, police stations, health facilities, recreation facilities, sports facilities, monuments, auditorium or convention centers, and parks & shorelines.
Scope
- Design of building facilities including associated site infrastructure works
- Civil site development including primary and secondary infrastructure works and landscapin
- Engineering studies & reports on specific engineering problems & issues
- Preparation of complete construction bid packages and engineering services in support of construction activities as required by the Royal Commission.
