- The built-up area of the project is about 13,000 m2 and the land area is around 12,000 m2.
- It consists of Ground, First and penthouses.
- The data center is 6.5 MW – Certified Tier III (TCCF) in Riyadh City with No. 6 PODs for phase 2 (POD 1,2&3) and (POD 4,5&6) in addition to No. 3 PODs for future phase 2 (POD 7,8&9). Each POD dedicates an electrical room to accommodate the UPSs, panels, batteries, etc…
