Overview
Makkah 2nd Industrial City (Al-Ukayshiyyah area) is a key project of MODON that will initially cover 45km2.
The city is located 25 kilometers South of Makkah in Saudi Arabia’s Makkah Region. It is connected to Jeddah and Makkah via National Road 298, also known as the 5th Ring Road.
The goal of Makkah 2nd Industrial City is to attract investors and businesses, maximize synergies with the urban and to have compressive environmental that provide all utilities need while keeping optimize infrastructure design and cost.
Scope
- Detailed design of infrastructure, roads, utility networks and utility facilities, for Makkah 2nd Industrial City (Al-Ukayshiyyah Land), Phase 01.
- The scope including DD (Detailed Design), IFT (Issue for Tender) and IFC (Issue for Construction) drawings and documents of all disciplines.
