- Total Building / Site Area is 25,788 m2 / 83,272 m2.
Scope
Preparation of Concept Design, Detailed engineering design and a full RFP package including: site development, site utilities infrastructure, softscaping & hardscaping, both fixed and portable building furniture layout fit-for-purpose building design.
